yes people, the long, hard-fought battle to get broadband has ended sucessfully: -
2mbps, no monthly limits, w00t,
mike, if you're thinking about getting broadband, can i suggest www.demon.net , because they rock.
In other news, A-levels were good, i proved my parents wrong, i did do just enough work to get the grades i needed, bristol here i come.
My year seems to have done remarkably well at getting into their unis of choice, even if they did miss their grades by MILES (not looking at anyone in particular sio!! :P), and commiserations to those who just missed out.
Am i going to be the last person left in st. albans by 2nd October?

Update

Ok, I know, I haven't updated in a long time, so here is an overview of the last....fortnight or so.
Two weeks ago i went on a family holiday to Kernow (thats cornish for Cornwall) with the general aim of going surfing, unfortunately the weather was miserable and the sea was as flat as a millpond. Fortunately, however, we went prepared with frizbees etc. in case of an absense of surf. So it ended up being a good week anyway, and i managed to get one surf :D
Two more excellent things, firstly, we just ordered broadband, and many of you know how long ive been struggling with my family to get this, w00t. Secondly, emma's finally back from hols, hooray.
Also thanks go to Mike F, for his birthday party, a cracking success i thought, especially as everyone managed to get into the pub!
